Welcome to Spirit Social. By accessing or using our app or website (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.
1. Introduction
Spirit Social is a community-driven digital platform designed for spiritual exploration, learning, and connection.
These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including individuals using Spirit Social for personal purposes and creators or businesses using the Platform to share content or host events.
By accessing or using Spirit Social, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old; and
- You are legally able to enter into this agreement.
2. The Services We Provide
Spirit Social provides a digital platform that enables users to explore spiritual content, connect with others, and participate in community-led activities.

We enable you to discover and connect with like-minded individuals, groups, and creators through content, discussions, and events.

Users may post content, share insights, comment, participate in discussions, and join events hosted on the Platform.
2.4 Discovery of Content, Products, and Services
We may display content, events, or offerings from independent creators and businesses that may be relevant to your interests.
Spirit Social does not provide spiritual, therapeutic, medical, or professional services itself.
3. Account Registration & User Responsibilities
By creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information;
- Keep your login details secure;
- Not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity;
- Take responsibility for all activity conducted through your account.
You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Community Guidelines
Spirit Social is built on respect and integrity. By using the Platform, you agree to:

We reserve the right to remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts that breach these guidelines.
5. Business, Creator & Promotional Use
Creators and businesses may use Spirit Social to share content and promote events or services, subject to the following conditions:
- Promotions are permitted only in designated areas;
- All promotional activity must be ethical, transparent, and lawful;
- Spirit Social does not endorse any creator, business, or service;
- Any transactions or agreements take place solely between users and creators;
- Unsolicited messaging or spam may result in account restrictions.
Creators are responsible for ensuring they operate within their own scope of practice and hold any appropriate insurance required for their services.
6. Independent Creators & Third-Party Services
Spirit Social is a digital platform only. Independent creators, practitioners, and businesses (“Creators”) who use the Platform do so as separate and independent entities.
Creators are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of Spirit Social.
Spirit Social does not organise, deliver, supervise, or control creator-led events, teachings, sessions, or services. Responsibility for the content, delivery, conduct, and outcomes of any creator-led activity rests solely with the individual Creator.
Any interaction, service, or transaction between users and Creators takes place independently of Spirit Social, and Spirit Social accepts no responsibility or liability for Creator content, events, advice, or services.
Educational Content & Teaching
Some creators may share recorded or live educational content, teachings, or workshops via video on the Spirit Social platform. All such content is provided independently by creators for general educational, spiritual exploration, and personal development purposes only.
Teaching and educational content on Spirit Social is not accredited, certified, or regulated and does not constitute professional training, therapy, counselling, medical advice, or formal qualifications.
Spirit Social does not assess, approve, or verify the accuracy, suitability, or outcomes of creator-led teaching content.
7. Payments & Subscriptions
The Features of Spirit Social require a paid subscription.
- Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law;
- You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access will continue until the end of the current billing period;
- We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable prior notice.
Legacy Pricing
From time to time, Spirit Social may offer legacy or promotional pricing to existing subscribers. Legacy pricing applies only while a subscription remains active and in good standing.
If a subscription payment fails, is declined, or is cancelled by the App Store or payment provider for any reason, legacy pricing will be forfeited. Should the user choose to resubscribe at a later date, the subscription will be charged at the then-current pricing.
Spirit Social is not able to reinstate legacy pricing once a subscription has been cancelled or interrupted.
8. Content Ownership & Rights
You retain ownership of any content you post on Spirit Social.
By posting content, you grant Spirit Social a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, display, distribute, and promote that content within the Platform.
Spirit Social is not responsible for user-generated content.
9. Safeguarding & Community Safety
Spirit Social is committed to maintaining a respectful, supportive, and safe online environment.
Users may report posts, comments, or behaviour that breach our Community Guidelines directly through the Platform. Reports are reviewed by the Spirit Social team and appropriate action may be taken.
If you have a safeguarding concern, feel unsafe, or require support relating to content or interactions on the Platform, you may contact us directly at team@spiritsocial.co
Spirit Social does not provide crisis support, therapy, or emergency services. If you are experiencing distress or are at risk of harm, you should seek support from appropriate professional services or local emergency resources.
Independent creators are expected to maintain appropriate boundaries in their content and events. Spirit Social reserves the right to remove content or restrict accounts where safeguarding concerns arise.
10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Content and services shared on Spirit Social are provided for spiritual exploration, personal reflection, and educational purposes only.
Spirit Social does not provide medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, or financial advice.
Users are responsible for their own wellbeing and decisions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spirit Social is not liable for any loss, harm, or damages arising from user-generated content, creator-led events, or third-party services accessed through the Platform.
11. Account Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Breach these Terms or Community Guidelines;
- Engage in fraudulent, harmful, or unethical behaviour;
- Pose safeguarding or safety concerns.
Users may request account deletion at any time.
12. Privacy & Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.
Spirit Social does not sell user data.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform following changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
